Background on Trusight’s Eye Def™ technology
Although humans perceive billions of colors, the neural channels from
our eyes to our brain limit transmission to only thousands of colors.
Trusight has “cracked the code” for how the human retina
adaptively processes and transmits information to the brain, and
applied this knowledge to develop technology that profoundly enhances
the display of still and video imagery.
Examples below were rendered by the real-time application of Eye Def™ software on off-the-shelf AVI video clips. Note how Eye Def™ produces greater visibility in the shadows and increases over-all color-depth while preserving the fidelity of the highlights.
